I can hear the horrified gasps at the word “filter.” But I have successfully used them a few times in the past to modify a photograph into something a little more illustrative. Sometimes also Action sequences.
Now, obviously native PS filters are crappy and worthless. Do members here have any sources recommendations for quality software filter plugins?
